We are seeking an experienced and strategic Business Development Executive to lead our business development initiatives. In this role, you will develop and implement strategic plans, establish key partnerships, and drive significant business growth in ASEAN region, contributing to our mission of Smart and Secure Living for all. Who You Are
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in business development, with a proven track record in the technology or transportation industry
Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, and negotiation skills
Deep understanding of intelligent sensing and analytics in transportation
Passion for technology and its application in creating better transportation solutions
Results-oriented, excellent communicator, and capable of working under pressure
Strong network within the industry
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth targets
Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the transportation industry
Manage relationships with high-value clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term partnerships
Mentor and guide junior business development staff, providing training and support as needed
Lead high-stakes negotiations and close major deals
Identify new markets and business opportunities, and devise strategies to penetrate them
Utilise data and analytics to make informed decisions and improve business development processes
Present progress reports and strategic recommendations to the executive team
